INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

After your order is accepted , we will bill you the diffrence requested by the USPS, for International shipping. The amount billed is strictly for shipping. An additional invoice will be send to you prior to sending your order to complete the process. If additional shipping charged are not paid, we will refund you your money and cancel the order.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 48 -72 buisness hours, not counting weekends or holidays.
The ship cost shown is an ESTIMATE ONLY. Actual ship cost will apply after we have packed and weighed your box(es). If there is a difference from the estimated ship cost, we will either charge or credit your account, we will send you a Money request to your email on file. If credit is due, we will credit your account.

BACKORDER:

RETURNS:

Prior to returning any item, you must contact us at (305) 485-9004 and give us the reason for the return. If you received the wrong item, we will, at our discretion, issue a return UPS tag so you can send it back at our expense; and provided the item is received back in good condition, you will receive a full refund. However, if you are returning the item for any other reason, there will be a 10% restocking fee or a $10 minimum charge, whichever is greater. The customer pays shipping both ways. Shortage claims must be made within FIVE (5) days after receipt of shipment.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

Contact us immediately with a list of the items damaged . All claims for breakage, damage or lost merchandise must be made immediately to the shipping carrier and to us. Keep all damaged items, boxes and packing material until they have been inspected by the delivery carrier. We DO NOT replace damaged items. We will credit your credit card for the damaged items.
